Digital Dental X-Rays in Ephrata, PA
Tracking Your Oral Health Through Digital X-Rays
At Larrimore Family Dentistry, we rely on cutting-edge digital x-ray technology to get a detailed picture of the health of your teeth. With x-rays, usually done yearly at your regularly scheduled cleaning appointment, we can keep an eye on decay and prevent it from spreading.
Benefits of Digital X-Rays
Compared to traditional x-ray imaging, digital x-rays are clearer, faster, and use less radiation, providing us with a safer way to get better images. The images are digitally stored in your secure dental records, so we can see how your teeth have progressed over the years.
Depending on your oral health, we will take new x-rays of your teeth every 6 months to 1 year. This helps us notice any changes to your teeth or any new cavities. If you have x-rays from a past dentist, feel free to bring them in and we can incorporate them into your dental records.
