Heather L. Larrimore, DMD
Dr. Heather Larrimore is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2004. Dr. Larrimore is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
Dr. Larrimore started her dental career as a dental hygienist. After 8 years in hygiene, she decided to take a different path in dental medicine. She enrolled at Nova Southeastern University to pursue her dream of being a dentist. She has practiced dentistry locally for more than 15 years. Dr. Larrimore is recognized by patients for her understanding of their individual needs. She is committed to assisting you with the care of your smile and your health.
Heather was born and raised in Ephrata and is now excited to operate her own dental practice serving Ephrata and the surrounding communities. In her spare time, she likes to cook and spend time with her daughter and husband.
As a female dentist and mom, Dr. Larrimore is a member of Mommy Dentists in Business. The group supports other “mombosses” by sharing best practices and supporting one another as entrepreneurs and mothers.

Stephen Sulzbach, DMD
Dr. Stephen Sulzbach believes that successful dental care is establishing a working relationship between the patient and doctor— the doctor explains options to the patient, and the patient chooses the treatment that works best for them. Through mutual collaboration, patients and doctors can create a treatment plan for preventive and proactive care that leads the patient toward a lifetime of optimal health.
A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Sulzbach was raised outside of Quakertown. He’s proud to serve his community from a place of compassion, education, and personal experience. Witnessing family and friends suffer from debilitating pain associated with chronic head and facial pain disorders, as well as losing loved ones to complications of sleep apnea has inspired Dr. Sulzbach to delve deeper into these specialty issues. Medicine and dentistry overlap in these areas, which is what Dr. Sulzbach recognized early on in his career.
Outside of work, Dr. Sulzbach is a proud member of several civic and charitable organizations. He enjoys vegetable gardening, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, Alissa, and their five children.
Dr. Sulzbach is the first and only dentist in Pennsylvania to hold dual fellowships and diplomates in the treatment of craniofacial pain disorders and dental sleep medicine. He’s one of just three dentists in Pennsylvania to be double-board certified in dental sleep medicine and is one of the most highly credentialed general dentists in the United States.
He has completed residencies with The Center for Occlusal Studies and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. Dr. Sulzbach completed Tufts University School of Dental Medicine’s dental sleep medicine program, which is the only dental school-based dental sleep medicine program in the country recognized by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Sulzbach has also completed the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine’s pediatric dental sleep medicine program, the only one of its kind in the country. He is one of a small number of dentists nationwide to have completed a dedicated pediatric dental sleep medicine residency program.
Dr. Sulzbach is committed to keeping up with the latest technical knowledge and advancements in dentistry to incorporate his hands-on experience into comprehensive patient care. He has
completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education courses alongside some of the best dental educators in the country to stay ahead of the curve in dental care.
Team
Kelly is our Master Practice Administrator and handles advertising, marketing, billing, schedule and insurance maximization, team management, treatment plan coordination and more. Kelly is an Ephrata native and Ephrata High School graduate. She completed her studies at Lancaster Career and Technology Center’s Dental Assistant Program and HACC’s Dental Hygiene program, followed by a licensure program in dental anesthesia. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their beach home in Rehoboth Beach, DE. She enjoys travel, music, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Alison is a graduate of Ephrata High School and Northampton Area Community College, where she obtained a degree in Dental Hygiene. She and her husband Dave live in Stevens and have two children. She enjoys jogging/walking, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and attending her children’s sporting events.
Kate graduated from Penn College with a bachelor’s degree in health policy administration, plus she’s continued her education by becoming a certified dental assistant and orthodontics assistant. Kate lives in Elizabethtown with her husband and their dog Draco. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, practicing and teaching yoga, and playing a variety of sports.
Billie was born and raised in Washington State, where she graduated from Yakima Valley Community College with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. She and her husband, Josh, live in Lebanon County with their three daughters and two corgis. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, volunteering at school, and cheering on her daughters at their school and sporting events.
Jillian graduated from LCCTC for Dental Assisting and Harcum College for her Expanded Functions degree. She lives in Narvon with her partner Freddy and their son and daughter. When she isn’t working, Jillian enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking, and spending time with her kids, family, and friends.
Sandy grew up in Jersey City, NJ, then moved to PA as a teen and graduated from Reading High School. She has been in dentistry for 4 years. Sandy loves going on vacation with her family to the Caribbean islands yearly, spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and crafting (especially cups).
